We have run our own garment factory in Bangkok since 1996, so we look at production from inside the factory, not from a spec sheet. That means we can flag what a plan actually needs before it becomes a problem.
We have used our own label as a testing ground for difficult sewing and unfamiliar shapes for years. If a standard production line has turned a design down, it is worth bringing it to us.
Our representative, Katsuji Sakai, has planned and produced his own label from the ground up. He reads the intent behind a brief, not just the spec, and carries that through to the finished piece.
